A buyer persona is a semi-fictional representation of an ideal client or an ideal stakeholder that you're looking to reach based on actual research and some educated speculation.

The best way to conduct this research is through face-to-face conversations in each person’s own environment. Buyer personas are the key to relevance, creating remarkable content, and being able to scale in the right direction with all of your plans going forward.
