Contracts for advisory services and implementation services renew automatically following completion of the initial term at the current monthly investment level unless canceled in writing with 30 days advance notice. Because DCSMI invests significant resources at the outset of client relationships that cannot be properly amortized unless client follows through on their agreed upon commitment, contracts may not be canceled during the initial term.
Public training workshops are not refundable but may be reassigned to another member of your company’s staff. Simply contact Customer Support (customersupport at dcsmi.com) at least 48 hours prior to the public training workshop to update your seat assignment.
Private training workshops are not refundable but may be rescheduled with a minimum of 60 days advance notice. Rescheduling fees apply and have been outlined in your contract. Fees differ based on location (South Florida, national, international) and amount of notice provided. Simply contact Customer Support (customersupport at dcsmi.com) to reschedule.
