With the Small Teams program, the CEO/equivalent can add one or two other executives from their team to participate in the workshops as well. How are the workshops scheduled?

Once you sign up, on the confirmation page, you'll find the scheduling calendar, where you can select the date/time that works best for you. When you schedule your first workshop, if you're on the Small Teams program, you'll also be able to indicate one or two additional members from your team who will be participating. For the recurring quarterly or monthly workshops, we try, wherever possible, to accommodate the same timeslot.
